Determine temperature preference of flea cancers

With the practical course we examined flea cancers. In addition we put it into a Petri plate and looked at them exactly then. First we should see, how the flea cancers look. The flea cancers are small, brownish animals with very many legs, thus move themselves them also in the water, by moving the legs very fast. Subsequently, we gave to see a Laubblatt into the Petri plate over, how they behave then. The animals constantly hid themselves under the Laubblatt and from this could close we that the animals places with little light like. The next task was that we build a temperature organ. In addition we took a galvanized iron sheet metal and high-bent the edges and made all 10cm a marking. Next we filled a little tap water with room temperature into the temperature organ. Then have we two Petri plate take and once with water fill and once with 60 degree Celsius hot water fill. Subsequently, we put the ends of the temperature organ to have waited for the 2 Petri plates and to itself a mixing temperature adjusted. Next the flea cancers came into the center of the organ and then should we see whether them into the cold or into the warm water swim.
